Good Sunday Morning Botts:
I am having a lazy morning but with good eats so not so bad. My husband is going to Wally World today so I don't have too. Yay!! My eats for today are:
Prebreakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast: Protein Shake
Snack: Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch: 1/2 Sandwich
Snack: Quest Brownie Bar
Snack: Protein Shake
Dinner: Chicken Salad on Wheat Sandwich Thins
Snack: Vita Top

It looks like Tess and I posted almost the same times... so I am moving my post to Tess
Here what I posted:
I stepped on a scale and ... It has not moved from the spot it was last time. That is good since I do no limit how much of food I eat and how often, I do limit what I eat.
Unless I do something stupid - my RH is finally under control (not really), I called my hematologist and most likely will see him this week. See what he would say. Maybe I can get another iron - so I do not bottom up again.
But considering everything - I am doing OK, so it is time for the next step and I am planning to limit how much I eat - and hopefully lose 10 lbs in next month - 4 weeks. I think it is doable. I also hope I can increase my exercise - so that will help to tone up. I am planing to run errands so plan to limit some foods today.
eats today:
coffee + coconut milk
smoked salmon, cream cheese. veggies
peanuts (1 oz)
protein coffee
protein shake - had yogurt and fruit and proteins.....
nuts is needed (on the road) (i needed them)
meat and veggies soup, meat stuffed sqash, fresh veggies
LNS: cheese
exercise : walking and house work... - done that... may walk some more... maybe..
since then I went out and run errands... and I thinki my BS dropped...- most likely not enough food... so I had to change. Ate some nuts I had with me, followed by PB cup (still fe;t like I needed my sugars up. Then got home and ate 1/2 cup yogurt with proteins and 1/2 peach. Still plan to eat 1/2 oz of nuts... and hen dinner later.
