Late day report in. Been on the road this morning running around. My eats and cardio for today are:
Prebreakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast: Chocolate Banana Protein Shake
Snack: 1/2 PB Quest Bar
Lunch: Brownie Quest Bar
Snack: 1/2 PB Quest Bar
Snack: Vitatop
Dinner: Steak Taco
Snack: Cream cheese on 5 carb smart crackers
Exercise: Walked 3.2 miles this morning at 5:30 AM. Yay me!

We had a nice group here for a while. Now - it is so quiet. i stopped posting since I got where i need to be with a rather stable BS stable weight and slow weight loss and ....some diet day after day. The only thing that changes is my meat choices at dinner.
last 6 months I figured out what really works fo rme to maintain and not gain or even lose some.
Where is everybody else? ... I like seeing people doing well...
soon we will have spider web all over this group...

Man did I speak too soon...back to overtime this week (7am -7pm). Oh well the extra money is great!
So, today I did not go out until its was time to go. Will get back into a daily work out in the morning - 30minute Tae Bo Kick Boxings, 5:30 am wakeup call!!
Todays eats: 1325 calories and 123 Proteins.
PreBreakfast: 4oz of Coffee
Breakfast: Fruit Smoothie (2 scoops of protein powder)
Snack: Small Banana and a Bran and Blueberry Vita Top
Lunch: 1 and a 1/2 Cups of Homemade Gumbo
Snack: Balance Protein Bar
Meltdown @ 5pm was a bag of Skittles
Dinner: 4 Fried Chicken Wings and a side Salad.
So, I am working on it, I may need to take 2 Protein Bars to work this week, dur to the overtime and a meltdown. Will detox this weekend. I may even do a 5 day pouch test to stop the sugar fits!!!!

I order my quest bars online at www.questproteinbars.com or at Netrition.com. I think you can get them at the Vitamin Shop and GNC now. You can order a sample bar to try them before commiting to a whole box. I love them but some people do not. They are really dense and filling bars for me. I heat my bars up in the microwave to soften them and they are great, especially the brownie and PB bar.
I am telling that so you can check how your body reacts to them. I know mine reacted to them as if one bar had 20+ sugars.
