I was taking the Vit D Dry 50,000 units everyday but got to toxic levels around 196 so I dropped back to one a week. I am now going to take them twice a week to up my D in the 80 range. I had stop taking my vitamins about 5 days before the labs due to getting ready for my surgery. I am required to get off all vitamins 2-3 weeks before surgery.

BTW: my D got too high on daily 50K D3. Now I take it 1-2 times a week.

What a beautiful day here in Texas. Up to 80 today. I need to get out and walk but that may not happen. Baby steps.

L - Isopure
S - Baby Bel Light
S - 2 boiled eggs
S - I protein peanut butter cup
May have another protein drink before bed.
I am just getting back on track so I am going to do some major protein days.

B: Dannon lite and fit greek yogurt with 1/2 c. blackberries
S: Pure protein bar
L: Panera garden veggie soup (cup) and fuji chicken salad with 1/2 of serving of the baguette
S: Dannon light and fit yogurt
D: spagetti squash, with whole wheat noodles and extra lean meat sauce
S: SF hot choclate with FF milk
About 1290 calories.
Jog/walk for 35 minutes and arm weights for 12 minutes. Burned about 235 calories.
Did 45 minutes on the treadmill, took all my vitamins, drank 96 ounces non-caloric-SF beverages, logged everything on MFP. Good day!

L Romaine, celery, buffalo chicken, blue cheese dressing
S Vitatop
D Lemon-caper chicken, chopped veggie salad
S Grapefruit, Quest bar
