Happy Hump Day Botts:
Tomorrow is my big day for my surgery so I will be off the air for a few days. I officially made 13 casseroles and 4 batches of soup for my family so I will not have to worry about them being fed, plus when I feel better it is much easier to throw a casserole in the oven that is already prepared than during it from scratch. My eats today are:
Breakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Snack: Quest Protein Bar
Lunch: Quest Protein Bar
Snack: Protein Shake
Snack: Protein Shake
Dinner: Quest Protein Bar
Snack: Protein Shake
Not much variety in my meals but 150 grams of healing protein though. Have a wonderful day, remember your vits and drink your fluids. Please remember me tomorrow with an extra prayer for a safe and uneventful surgery. Bless you all.
Hi Ruby:
I am having the second half of a lower body lift done. I had a fleur de lis (anchor cut) tummy tuck last May and now I am having the backside completed with a butt lift, outer thigh lift and tummy tuck revision to the front on the dog ears. I am really excited about getting this part of my journey completed. I appreciate the prayers and thank you for lurking.
Good luck Tess.. we will miss you... Please take care of yourself. And you knwo - we will expect pictures of the new body (in bikini) once you heal...
HUGS.
