XP_ Vitacost calcium Citrate.. or is it..???

Vitacost calcium Citrate.. or is it..??? 

I contacted them and here what I got today: 
"After reviewing our system I am showing that we have been informed by our manufacture that the item Vitacost Calcium Citrate with Vitamin D3 and Magnesium is "80% of carbonate. The breakdown of the rest is proprietary."

really? holly crap... they have been selling me carbonate as Citrate.. nice? no.. who else is using their calcium? or I am the only stupid one...

You were smart enough to figure it out so you are not stupid!  I use the creamy calcet bites and calcium citrate from Baractric Advantage, maybe I should look closer to what I am taking.  Thanks for making us aware.

I think they count elemental calcium.. As I am fining out - if it say: "as calcium citrate" - it is NOT elemental calcium. But "from calcium citrate" indicate - or may indicate elemental . I.e cirtical peptites calcium is "as calcium citrate" so to get elemental calcium - (20% ) you need to divide the number by 5.
600mg as calcium citrate =120 mg elemental calcium.

So if someone has been taking 1500 mg as calcium citrate - they actually only take 300 mg elemental calcium. Nice...

I have a bottle of it but I usually take the bariatric advantage choc chews, so I rarely take it. It's nice to fine out that basically, it  was  a waste of money!

The ingredients on the bottle changed,,, so I wanted to know how much is it and how much elemental calcium the serving had. I was shocked by the answer. I thought they made a mistake and asked 2 more times.. including the link to my specific calcium... So 3 times - 3 different cust service people told me the same thing.
