Gluten free ? O yea.. Made from gluten free bread or gluten free breakfast cereal ( not too sweet). With some coconut flakes... Yummy. Lol.. Darn you...lol..

Didn't have a chance to post last night but better late than not at all
. I packed my lunch and snack for the day as always but managed to forget it in my rush to get to Zumba in time. Luckily I keep a supply of quest bars and protein powder in my office, and my friend/coworker had almond milk. Months ago, I would have ignored those choices and headed out for pizza
