Back On Track Together
Anyone starting a 5 day pouch test? Monday, October 7
At last, I am settled into a job with enough money, homelessness averted and everything is smooth. So it's time to take care of me again by putting my tool to use.
I am so far off track, I am on a dirt road but I am committed to doing this the right way.
Anyone want to join me?
If you have done one, I'd love your tips and support.

I am doing this as well this week! With my protein drinks I use unsweetened Almond Milk. There are less carbs and zero sugar. I did this a couple of weeks ago and I found that if I focused on getting my fluids in and having my protein drinks, I really wasn't that hungry at all. I lost about 15 lbs during that time. Probably a lot of water weight but it was still a nice loss :) I have picked up my work outs and maintaining what I took off. Thought I would do this again this week to help knock off a few more pounds. Just remember to get those liquids in.
Also I had some sugar free jello when I did get hungry, and that seemed to help me a lot.
Good luck this week!
You can do this!

Thanks ya'll!
I am using almond milk, never liked regular milk much and seemed to develop a larger dislike after surgery. I am using a non artificial protein powder as artificial sweeteners give me a headache. I just try to remember that I lost 126 without the sugar free stuff. Not going to be easy but it is worth it.
Also, I am a big carb loader so this is really needed to break the habit.
I am tracking calories on my fitness pal if anyone wants to be friends there drop me a line.![]()
