I am doing same thing over and over... I am more or less on maintenance.. But I stop by here, and if I see I can help _ I would try. But is someone already answered the post or I have nothing to add or don't have time - I just skip...
Some of us are here.. but we also have normal lives and other forums, groups, FB etc... we are involved in..

When I started here, wild horses couldn't pull me away from posting EVERY day, lol! I still post at least 4 times per week (I post in the evening usually), but lately I've been involved with medical issues, family crises and life. However, I remain true to my eating and exercise program and I am thoroughly enjoying my bike time every day. The lbs are still dropping, and I am 2 lbs away from losing my regain, and 9 lbs from my first goal of 160 lbs. I am so glad I found BOTT, and you will be too!
