How is everyone ? Did you drink enough water ? How about vits? And proteins? Let's not forgery about miralax or fiber - or whatever else makes you regular.. How about exercise ?
I did good on some, but not all... It is weekend anyway.. I walked as lot - over 8000 steps., but I missed my regular weekend "horizontal workout ". But with both of us dealing with spring allergies - I will make up for that next weekend.
I did ok food wise. I still had some wine and my fudge...(NSA, no dairy, or soy, ) But stayed low with carbs.
I spent too much money..but I will need to work hard to make more.. Right?
I met my friends and gosiped about others... The weather was supper nice here (High 60-- low 70) we walked as few miles outside... Life is cool....
