Back On Track Together
Saturday BOTT
It is Saturday... Please get out. Move, have fun. Do something for you.
I am slowly adapting to my new reality: dairy, soy gluten free, NSA, low carbs. Today I made a third batch of cookies that meet that requirements. Now I need to find a place to hide them from me. They are that good. And since I don't follow any recipe or even write down what and how much of it I use - there is no way I can repeat that.
They are crunchy, sweetened with stevia. I used nuts, chia seeds, sesame seeds, eggs, coconut flakes and oil, cocoa, and so on.
Today we plan to see chiropractor, then some shopping, maybe a movie ?
It is cool but not too bad. Even the cat went out ... (She does not if it isd coldf or windy).
Eats beside the cookies - TBD...

136.5 today. I just finished the 5 day pouch test. I know most with the sleeve don't do this, but I looked it over and thought it would help calm the cravings and reduce the obsession. It did just that. I will start adding carbs back today. Veggies first. I am still having a shake for breakfast as I want to lose down to goal which is 135. As of today I lost 10 pounds of the 11.5 gained. Caught the regain before I let it go to long. Still trying to figure out maintenance so I am on a learning curve.
B- protein shake
L-turkey burger with broccoli slaw
D-salmon with some more broccoli slaw
S-hard boiled egg white
water and vitamins
Hope all are having a good weekend
