What's on your plan today?
My diet is working..and the scale was kind to me today.. .
I do eat 3-4 times a day and really try to eat whole food.. and my own snacks.
today:
coffee + miralax
protein shake - vegan
tea
pork loin with mustard
avocado chocolate pudding. ( it si all natural but I thin I am allergic to something in it - not cool)
leftover chicken with veggies
LNS: not sure, but may have some homemade fudge... (NOT a low calorie snack)
exercise.. meh.. not today.
I may found a vegan protein shake that taste and smell good enough for me to drink.. (soy, dairy free- free of artificial sweeteners and flavors and with 15 gr of protein per serving. ) It is expensive .. but if i can drink it. - at least 1 time every 2-3 days it would help me get more proteins in.

I didn't track my food today, but I didn't eat too much or too unhealthy. I had a ton of cleaning to do for guests Thursday night. This weekend will be very busy with 2 major catered gatherings. I will just try to focus on protein and veggies, go light on the starches and skip desserts. I will skip wine/****tails because I eat too much when under the influence. I can't believe you found vegan protein drinks. Never heard of anything like that. Sometimes not having limitations is good and sometimes it is a curse. I guess we all have to find our way. I am glad you were able to find a way to get more protein in. My husband takes protein capsules when he has his fasting days. He has not had wls but does it as a penitential fast...for his soul. take care and have a great weekend. Tri
