I am up early this morning, so I thought I'd start the food/exercise diary post. Exercise will be cleaning today. 240 calories per hour...clean to be lean! Raining here today so I will clean inside. Tomorrow is trash day so I should spend time in the basement. We are empty nesters so I have kid's stuff in the basement that needs to be donated or trashed. Carrying it over the stairs is great exercise.
My food plan:
B: egg beater omelet and a pancake 200
S:Greek yogurt and 2 small plums 150
L: veggie soup, chicken breast, veggies, whole wheat pasta 450
S: grapefruit and Greek yogurt 150
D: veggie soup, chicken breast, veggies, whole wheat pasta 450
S: peanut protein bar, nsa pudding 250

Good morning. Your really start early. So do I ... I fell asleep on a recliner and woke up at 5:00 ... The recliner is good enough for sleeping so no harm done ...
Last night after my doc visit when the scale was kind to me I ate and ate and ate. Still good for me foods...but bit too much. My total estimated calories were still close to 1200... As compared with 800-1000 days before.
I want to continue 800-1000 cal per day to lose 5 lbs ...
Today eats:
Coffee + coffee w Miralax
Tea, lots of water with lemon
Protein shake x2
L : letcho w sausage
Snacks: Protein cookies, hard boiled eggs, cucumber salad, tomato
D: maybe thai shrimp
Exercise: want to go to yoga,,
Have a great day.., remember water, vitamins and that exercise does noitg to be supper strenuous to be effective.

Yesterday I did good until the birthday party and then the cake won.
Sunday is a combined 16th bday party for my nephew and celebrating
fathers day too. The good news is J wants ice cream cake which I
can pass on. I'm going to have strawberries and cool whip so I can
have some dessert too.
Exercise is a walk around the block at least once today maybe twice.
I do better with several smaller walks.
My food plan is:
B. cottage cheese/pepperjack pie
coffee w/ff half and half
S. protein coffee
L. leftover chicken on wheat w/mayo and half an apple
D. homemade chili with some cheese
S. 1 oz cheddar w/carrots and celery
