Friday cafe and cardio
Great day today...sunny and warm! I washed, waxed and vacuumed my car today and did some gardening. I also made some of my veggie soup. I shopped at Sam's and went up and down all the ailes which was good but then I had pizza for supper instead of turkey. I won't need a snack tonight though because I am still satisfied from the pizza.
My eating plan:
B: Greek yogurt 120
S: small salad 100
L: turkey, brown rice 500
S: veggie soup, nectarine, popcorn 300
D: slice of Sam's club pizza 580

actually it was a pretty good day......😋
my eats for today......water intake, great.........exercise, not so good.....
breakfast.........coffee/miralax......rice krispies/ milk
snack..............watermelon
lunch...............turkey, baked cheetos
snack...............watermelon
dinner...............meatloaf, greenbeans
i hope everybody has a great weekend !!
Doing good here. Had to drive to see customer ... Car drive, even just 2 hrs , hurts my back.
Anyway food wise I did good. But I was tempted and had a glass of white wine. It was good, but one glass was more than enough,
Eats:
Coffee+ Miralax and a second one.
L: lamb burger with bacon and some veggies.
S: 2 protein cookies
S: nuts, wine
S: protein shake
D: sausage with peacrisp. (Late)
