No plans today because my husband is writing all day. I have the never ending weeding and shopping. I already have run 2 loads of laundry, but it isn't put away yet. I hope you all have a happy 4th. Tri
The food plan:
S: Greek yogurt and a spoon of Simply Fruit apricot preserve 100
B: 2 eggs, potato, onion and pepper 250
L: veggie soup, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, croutons, dressing and sunflower seeds, chicken breast 450
D: grilled shrimp and cod, brown rice, salsa 350
S: Greek yogurt, salsa and tortilla chips 250
