Sunday - cafe and cardio
Wish the weekend was longer..,,
I had a great time last 2 days. Family and friends. Great company and food. Funny I metionbed food since last few days I am not really hungry and as I get busy - I forget to eat. Yesterday it was 4 pm when I realized I was running around and onlyh had coffee and tea. Drank my protein shake. Thed later on had some party food - my friend Diana cooked andc brought to us.. She cookes great indian dishes, so good.
My left hip is bothering me so I took some narco + Tylenol and skipped any wine. With no wine - my pouch can hold 8 oz at best - so no overeating. I had chicken, more chicken (2 types) some cucumber salad I made and eggplant dish.
My driernd knows about my food restrictions so all foods were paleo friendly (no dairy, soy, gluten) and they were fantastic. It felt like cheating - diet food should not taste that good - lol
I served some fruit salad with whip cream as dessert plus chocolates pieces. I had none of that. Why bother when there was more chicken ? (Lol)
You know you doing good whern you look at as table and wish you have more space for chicken or another burger ...
Today we plan to go to a movie, run some errands and just taked it easy.
Eats:
Coffee+ Miralax (need to double on that next few days - iron, even infused stops everything)
Protein shake, protein cookies
Dinner: on Friday I made pork roast - like pulled pork in spicy taco style sauce. That plus some of cucumber salad and it would be great.
LNS: nuts and maybe some blueberries ...
Edited: I finally got hungry to we ate eggs, bacon and veggies for lunch .... ( I got up late)
Yumm,. Protein shakes can wait..

S: 1/2 cmall chicken breast, veggie soup, 9 olives and a grapefruit 300
D: 1/2 small chicken breast, shrimp and leftover moo goo gai pan veggies 200
S: shrimp, strawberries, plain Greek yogurt, olives 300

I tried to do 1000 cal per day - but it is no go for me. I need at leasstt 1100 - 1200 on average weekly. I can do one day really low - but the next day my body try tyo tell me I am starving and demands food. I can do 1200 if I plan it right... Weight loss is slow. But better than gaining right?
