House is a mess... But I went to yoga yesterday. So all is fine...

What are you doing - eating?
I am learning again to make ME a priority in things that are important. I Need yoga. I take time for yoga. The dust and stuff not going anywhere - I can get to it later/.

my eats for today......morning vits taken.....water started
breakfast........coffee/miralax.....scrambled egg, cheese, bacon.......protein !! Yay, me !!
snack..............none
lunch..............turkey and veggies
snack..............protein coffee
dinner.............grilled pork chop and salad
snack..............? Maybe fruit ? or cheese.......need to check protein...

B - Salad with chicken speidies, cheese, blueberries, strawberries, beans, chickpeas, walnuts... tasty
L- 1/2 turkey and ham wrap, small side salad
No snacks as of yet
D - Might have what I had for breakfast
on track for vit's and fluids.
S - will plan on reaching for nuts or yogurt
Planning on going to the gym after work to do 30-35 minutes on elliptical...
