Saturday cafe and cardio
Hello everyone.... Cool and rainy in SC... We are having a very unusual cool summer. It is nice for a change.
Friday I resisted getting wine. I got into a habit of getting a glass or 2 of wine on Friday and Saturday. It felt I really needed it - by the time I left work at 7:45 pm. But I knew I really did not need it so I was able to talk myself out of stopping and getting some.
Due to some carbs and too much food my weight is up by 2 lbs from my lowest 161... But that fluctuations are normal and seeing 163 on the scale last few days reminds me why I am doing what I am doing and it will take time to get to my goal. But 2.5 months ago I was 176.. So I know my program works, as long as I stick to it.
Today eats:
Coffee + Miralax+ more coffee
Green tea
L:
D:
Snacks: protein shake, protein cookies , nuts
Exercise: not sure - walking?
I am getting a massage at 3 today. More stuff she will try to work on me.. I may try to do yoga or some other stretching. Maybe we can get to chiro today..

I won't. Actually, thinking back I would not have made a LOT of changes. Had a burger 'slider' that I ate standing up. Forgot that I have been working on only eating sitting down. Had I remembered that, I would have found a place to sit down and then could have eaten it without the bun.
Enjoyed everything i ate. Was a fancy park, in door pavilion wedding with un fancy food. Sliders and lil wrapped hot dogs (no little dogs for me) for appetizers... Baked chicken and pulled pork for dinner ( I had a little of each with some grilled veggies)....didn't have any potatoes or slaw. They had 'cake pops'.. A candy bar...cookies... Cotton candy... Gelato for desserts. Really cute idea... I had a cake pop and 5 Hershey kisses. Oh and about 5 or 6 spoonful of strawberry gelato. Nothing like I would have done in the past!!this was all over a 5 hour period. Back to basics today.
