Sunday - cafe and cardio
Hello BOTTers... Beautiful day in SC. I had a party last night and beside the wine i had- my food choices were very good. And there were foods that i LOVE but choose not to eat... Like cheesecake, some chips, potato salad, bread...grapes, ust to list a few.....so i had some glucamole salsa with some veggie chips (terra ) and had some burger and chicken and salmon and veggies.. As dessert i had nuts.. That way i still ate a lot..but did not indulged in carbs. So today - i dont need carb detox (it is always difficult ) and can just resume normal eating and be able to resit the temptation for the leftovers (see above) that are in the house.
Today :
Coffee + Coffee w miralax
Protein pancakes (2 eggs+ 1/2 serving of protein powder + 2tsp coconut flour, salt and stevia. )
Salmon with veggies..
Burger with veggies..
Lns: nuts
Lots of water and tea...
