Thursday cafe and cardio
2 more days till weekend...
Last night my BF took me to a fondue place (my choice) and we had great time. I had a small glass of wine, some carrots, and main dish (mix - fillet, shrimp, sausage) with veggies. I had to give some of my food away..
My BF had 4 course meal...including white chocolate fondue as dessert...but at that timei was so full it d poo d not bother me .... Once i got home - i wanted dessert so as LNS i made my own treat - layered: frozen strawberries + thick protein shake, slivered almonds covered with SF, (calories almost free) chocolate syrup...
It was great...
My gut is finnaly moving....so we are good...
Today i plan to concetrate on getting back on program:
Coffee w Miralax x2
Tea with lemon, water
L: protein shake
S: meat and veggies
Nuts (premesured) before yoga
Protein shake after yoga
Chicken with veggies...
