Tuesday cardio and cafe.....
Yay ! I have reached my walking goal twice in the last 4 days.....10,000 steps equals 5 miles for me !!
I need to continue this trend plus get on my elliptical EVERY day !!
i got home from work yesterday and ALL granite countertops had been installed ! Looks great...today the plumber comes to get my sinks working again ! Will be nice to have working sinks !! Been without them for a week and a half !!
my eats for today.....water in my jug on my desk.as soon as I get to work.....morning vits already taken
breakfast............oatmeal
snack.................some nuts
lunch..................protein shake
snack.................cheese
dinner.................chicken and roasted veggies

My coworker got sick last week.. and it feels like I got it from her. ugh.. I am taking bunch of herbal supplements, lots of Vit C and I hope I don't get sick.
today I have acupuncture appointment then plan to go to yoga.
Eats:
coffee + miralax
tea , and water, decaf coffee..
Egg drop soup on chicken broth w/ lots of ginger and black pepper... (to prevent - stop the cold..); with avocado..
same...
proteins shake and protein cookies on the go..
D: not sure.. fish maybe?
