Wednesday cardio and cafe....

got my walking in today, too !! Have my vits taken and water almost to 90 ounces......doing good !!
my eats for today.....
breakfast..........coffee/miralax elixir...........egg and cheese
lunch...............turkey and salad
dinner..............homemade soup......it is cooler today and I put soup in slow cooker this morning
snack..............protein coffee... Not my favorite, but I need more protein

I will be traveling next 2 weeks - first 1 week vacation, and then 4 days busienss.. so I am supper busy trying to do things in the house and at work.. plus had a few docs appointments..
eats today:
coffee + Miralax
water with lemon
homemade chicken - egg drop soup with avocado..
1.5 tbs of almond butter.. s
