Monday cardio and cafe.........
Well...I thought I did really well last week on my eating....totally expected to lose a couple of pounds.....weighed this morning and I stayed the same........better than gaining !!
my eats and exercise for today.......morning vits taken, water consumed, walking already to 8,000 steps !!
breakfast.......coffee/miralax
Protein bar
lunch.............salad with ranch dressing.....no meat, a little egg and cheese......no croutons or crackers !! That is a biggie for me, I love crunchy !
snack.............cottage cheese
dinner.............meatloaf and greenbeans
snack..............cantaloupe

Sometimes our body just like to hold on the weight.
I am on vacation this week. Still eating on plan. Have to. The price to pay for not eating right is too high foyer me to pay. Gas, bloating, pain - that what i get when i get off plan. That would toned my vacation. Not happening.
