Food Apathy
For some reason my intake today has only been lots of water, coffee and a half a cup of chia pudding made with coconut milk with 2 packets of stevia in the raw. The plan is to fix some baked chicken thighs later and if I get real carried away I might have some green beans or salad. Food doesn't make me sick, I'm just not interested, it has to be a side effect of a new med I'm on for my horrific back pain, I will just love it as long as it lasts I guess :-)
Has anyone used Stevia ? I think it has a slightly metallic taste so won't be buying it again. just stick with my Splenda. I definitely don't like Splenda Brown Sugar substitute, any suggestions ? I love to bake so would like to find something :-)
I'm a widow so I don't have to cook meals so that might be part of the problem too huh? I'm being lazy !!! I used to love to cook for my husband...

HUGS.. I love stevia - but I use mostly the liquid- organic stevia.
There are people who love stevia and some that hate it.. it is in taste buds.. some can taste the bitter undertaste.. to me - it is great..
as for not eating - low intake is good- not eating - especially for long time - is not good.. IMO. Even one - 2 meals a day - as long as they can provide nutrition and proteins - may be a good idea... Maybe a good quality protein drink? Something natural and organic? good fats are essential.. IMO..
Also - please make sure you take vitamins and minerals...
