October Challenge - how are we doing?
well.. middle of the month... time to update...
1. I did not lose weight... I am back to be over 160.. (WTF?) but my body fat % dropped and I also seems to shrink a size...Now i can fit in my 6's pants, and even in couple of vanity 4's pants I have... They are still good "fit" but I can zip them up, walk in them, sit, and there is no muffin top... and they no longer look on me like sausage with very tight casing...
2. Exercise- not happening... ugh... ![]()
3. diet - I am doing really good here...- I still eat too many nuts - but all this week I did not have any wine... and I followed very strict low carbs diet...(no starches of any kind)
4. vitamins and minerals: I am doing OK here ... I do take all my morning vits and minerals, but most days I forget my evening.. ugh... need to work on that.
5. water - most days I do very good... some days - way too much coffee....

Complete Whole30: Still going strong. Feel great!
Purge a lot of shoes: Not one pair has left the closet yet. Saturday, for sure!
Return to doc, get blood work updated: Holding out for a 10/31 appt. lol
Lose 15 lbs.: And yes!!! This is done. I am at 15.4 lbs as of today since 10/2. Hopefully the scale will not go up!
Vitamins are good... walking every day, but need to do more strength training.
Just enlisted to assist with the reception following a memorial service next week. Plus I have a business trip on Mon-Tuesday next week. Hoping that does not derail me!
