Wednesday cardio and cafe.....been eating ok ??
Yesterday was a stress eating day for me......gotta get that under control !! Figured out why I was stressed and today should be a better day !
my planned eats for today.........morning vits✅...water on my desk✅.....walking started...2000 steps so far
breakfast............coffee/miralax.....cottage cheese/pineapple
lunch..................pork/veggies
snack.................cheese
dinner................chicken/veggies
snack................cottage cheese

stressful time for me...end of teh year.. But I do try to eat as good as I can.. I do eat more carbs than typical for me - but not enough to gain weight.. just too many to lose weight
Next week should be much better.

I have fallen toward carbs the past couple of days, but not to sugar... which I think is still positive. I have not touched one piece of candy that is sitting there waiting for trick-or-treating kids. So yay for that!
Breakfast: Bacon, roasted white and sweet potatoes, egg
Lunch: Turkey chili with a corn tortilla
Dinner: Chicken, avocado and potato
Snack: popcorn and a few pistachios
I can see Friday from here!!
