Weekend ....cafe and cardio... come on and share..
Nice and sunny ....looks like a nice day here....my
Eating right foods but too much will cause with gain. Trust me....i tested that.
Anyway....good day today. Plan walking a lot and face the crowd. My BF will be driving do i am sure we will survive that. I don't do very well in holiday time traffic.

Coffee with coffee and Miralax
Some proteins and veggies
My flourless cookies
The rest. We will figure out as we go....burger may be nice....no bun...

Sunday raining....too it easy and i slept for over 10 hours all together. I think total of 2 glasses of white wine last evening shut me down.
Today i am not really hungry...

L: HB eggs, avocado, bacon. (So full)
S: one Lindt dark chocolate truffle.
S: 2 flourless bread buns..
D: not sure...maybe chicken with some veggies.
LNS: nuts ....and berries.
