Couch Time with Tink - I like it; it reminds me of The Big Comfy Couch, a show I used to watch with my kids when they were little.  BTW, that is a compliment.  Just a few days ago my daughter and I were reminiscing about a skit from that show.  My kids are older now, nearly 19 and 16.  Obviously there are no grandchildren in the picture yet and I know I have a while to wait, but I am so looking forward to spoiling my grandchildren one day.  Yours are at the perfect ages.  They must be precious.  

I have a WOW moment to share.   As of yesterday, I officially went from the “obese" BMI category to the “overweight" category.  I started out in the morbidly obese category and working my way down through the obese category to get to the overweight category seemed like a farfetched dream.   Now that it’s here, I’m happy and at the same time either afraid or in disbelief about the whole thing because I should be thrilled.  Something’s holding me back from that though.  Did you ever experience anything like this?

I am feeling much better .. thank God .. I am on the mend ...and on the fast track back to some sort of normalcy for sure .

I glad you enjoyed the post ..
Now .. What are we going to do to liven this board up .. I know so many are working and out shopping , being with family .. I just feel so alone here sometimes ...
I just wish we could get the board a jumpin .. there is so many here who have so many great stories , input and inspiration....
Maybe after the first of the year ...
I am ready now .. LOL ..
