Weighed in today December 30, 2010 1:49 pm  I have lose another 15lbs in about a month . im so pumped an i havent even been trying restarting protine shake tomorrow wish me luck
Appoiment set back December 6, 2010 4:19 pm  my first appioment is now Jan. 26th im so disapointed im ready to get this started still doing protine shake diet but today i mesed up so im gonna start fresh again tomorrow please keep me in your prayrs
Appoiment set back November 10, 2010 2:30 pm well they had to set my appoiment back it is now Dec. 1st , the Dr wasnt able to be in on Nov.5th so i was not happy , they want me to start the protine diet now i have tried it an dont know if i can do it , it is so gross . they said with me weighing as much as i do that the Dr will want me to lose some weight before surgery , well if if could lose weight i wouldnt need the surgery I 'm so comfused right now. I want this so bad i need it bad . If anyone has any ideas on how to make the protine shakes better let me know pls

First Appoiment
October 12, 2010 6:01 am My first appoiment is Nov. 5th ,I'm so excited I will meet the sergeon an his whole team. I'm pretty sure I'm going with the Roux-en-Y . When I went to the informational seminar they said it takes about 2 to 2 1/2 mons after the the first appoiment to have the surgery .
