Weighed in today December 30, 2010 1:49 pm  I have lose another 15lbs in about a month . im so pumped an i havent even been trying restarting protine shake tomorrow wish me luck

December 6, 2010 4:19 pm  my first appioment is now Jan. 26th im so disapointed im ready to get this started still doing protine shake diet but today i mesed up so im gonna start fresh again tomorrow please keep me in your prayrs |
