Atkins and Low Carb Weight Loss
Tuesday CARb Accountability Rollcall!!!
I guess I need to start that today.
Doing well... so far so good. Writting things down really make a difference how I see food and really how much I have.
So far:
coffee + almond milk (unsweet)
2 protein muffins (no flour almost no sugar - small amount of sugar from bananas)
yogurt with feta, olives and dry dill dip
protein bar
sirloin burger from Costco... (already cooked - Love them) + pickles..
tea and more tea...
already 900 calories and 80 gr proteins... but 2 more meals for me...
probably will go over calories... can't help that...
but will have protein shake (one meal)
and leftover salmon burgers + pickles (all low carbs - used parm cheese and flax meal as a filler, and egg whites)

It was not a low carb day today because I indulged myself with a soy latte, chocolate and pretzels. Still well in within my calorie budget.
My "normal" lc lifestyle eats for Tuesday
spaghetti squash with a sesoned oil dressing, beef & chicken, onion & red pepper
chai, water, creamsicles
buljol (a Trini fish dish), spaghetti squash
soda, chicken
mocha, pork skins
fudgsicle, water
77g carbs and 54g net carbs without the treats I mentioned I consider nothing off limits as long as I plan it into my week.

Hala thank you so much for posting this thread! My morning got away from me, this was much appreciated!
This was not an "exemplary" low-carb day for me, because I got into the CHEESE CRACKERS this afternoon. Let's not talk about why I managed to purchase (and take to work) an entire large box of cheese crackers, shall we?
However, I would like to point out that I ate plenty of protein today, which sort of limited the curse of the crackers. And I got the protein in early, while I was still at home and in control -- bonus for me!
B: 3 poached eggs, coffee with half and half
S: didn't have time, probably why I got tempted by crackers later on
L: noodle-free lasagna, now THAT was a good idea
S: the afore-mentioned cheese crackers, grrrr
D: fish with cheese/garlic sauce, broccoli, carrots, half a roll with butter
Mostly it was a pretty good day, but curse you, boxed cheese crackers!!!
