Atkins and Low Carb Weight Loss
Friday Carb Accountability
Hi everybody...
Life is good. Even when you get "brain farts". I got one this morning. I was going to pick my friend for a walk at 6:45 am. At 6:58 she text me and asked if we are walking, I responded that why of course... then she asked me if I am OK? Sure I am, a bit tired and hot... but fine... Only then it done on my what time it was... lol... I changed into walking clothes and run out of the doors. duh... I was late... 30 min... But we still were able to walk 3.6 miles. That of course made me late to work... really late.. so I will have to make up the time later today. But I am glad I did walk.
As for food..here is a plan:
coffee+ milk
yogurt with some protein powder + fruits
protein shake
pork roast + cucumber
tuna + cucumber or pickle. (that is what I have for veggies)
flax muffin
fish or meat + veggies
yogurt + proteins + berries (dessert)
90% chocolate (a few pieces)
I do eat every 2-3 hrs so yeas, it looks like a lot of food... but my portions are typically small..

hate it when I have a brain fart day. Yestrday I was clumsy all day,spilled everything I tried to make/cook in the kitchen,slopped water everywhere,gah!

meatballs... need to make some meatballs... drooling...wish I got some bison meat last night... I was at the right store... darn it.... another brain fart....
