Atkins and Low Carb Weight Loss
Tuesday Carbs
I started the day off bad, woke up with a stomach ache so that justified a grilled cheese. So now I have to get back to low carb and more gym time.
B-grilled cheese
S-1 cup chili
L-chicken salad with bac, let & tom
S-rest of chicken salad
D-taco salad - no shell or chips
s-sugar free jello
Also only had 16 oz water so far so I really need to get on board to get my liquids in.
Back to the gym at 6am tomorrow, Tomorrow is a new day :)
