You'll need to get the finger seen to, mind you if the cut is near a joint it can take weeks to heal.

Cut my finger last night while cutting meat. Very deep cut. Still bleeding this morning. It is a freaking finger... so going to the doc i kind of silly.
Eats today:
coffee + Al Milk
some meat...
more coffee
protein shake
tea... more proteins
maybe some turkey + veggies..
protein cookies, peach
chicken + veggies...

Holiday with the teenager from hell, came home a day early rather than kill him! At least with roasting etc you have to plan ahead so there's less chance of a slip-up.

Glad you are back. How was vac?
I decided that I need a detox plus need to remove cheese from my diet. I have been dealing with some issues - and my doc was not sure if that was allergy, chronic sinus infection or whatever.
And having BM issues lately... no matter haw much magnesium I take, is not fun at all.
I will miss my cheese, cold cuts, and overall "easy food". back to cooking, roasting and baking.
Coffee + almond milk
protein cake 9 (with 1/2 peach)
protein muffins - cookies.. (very dense)
turkey + veggies (Peruvian style)
same turkey,,, + veggies
protein shake (before or after acupuncture)
some food... not sure what...
early to bed. (I hope)

shiritaki noodles and spicy sausage, sun dried tomato alfredo sauce
big yummy burger steak, broccoli, salad with ranch
dessert - cinnamon splenda chicharones - yummy
Walked 3 miles today - training for half marathon.

Hello there everybody! Sliding back into low carbing today, 20 grms a day from tomorrow.

It takes me about the same time frame. Those first 2-3 days are the worst. I'm still trying to get off the carbs. The mood swings are the worst.
I figure at least I am not gaining. If I can maintain my weight loss I figure that is a positive.

Hi, my name is Detra. I am nearly 4 years post RNY. I lost a total of 102 lbs but never made it to goal. I should have lost another 30 lbs to be at the top range of my weight class. Anyway, the last year and a half I have put back 35-40 lbs of the original lost. I am disabled and like most on here weight has been an issue most of my life. I dont want to regain everything I lost. I paid out of pocket for my surgery....it meant something to me. It still does and I struggle every day with the regain. I want it to stop. I need help and support. Back on the boards and hoping to get going in the other direction again. I am the definition of insanity....doing the same things everyday but praying for different results. Praying for strength to change my insanity!
