taco salad no shell or chips
corned beef & some cabbage
bratwurst patty and fried zucchini - going to try to fry them with pork rinds

now - someone explain that to me - I am getting infusions in my wein... but I get such a bad stomach cramps? what the heck is with that? Last night was not very nice.. I was very uncomfortable that I took 2 pills.. (to relax stomach muscles). My cat jumed on my belly (as she always does) and I cried in pain... what the heck is with that...
today eats: I really do not know... but I prepaperd some food. What will I eat - is complete mistery.
Coffee + Al milk
this is what I am taking to the center: flax muffin, protein muffin, peanuts.
then in the afternoon:
beef roast, cucumbers
yogurt, berries, etc.

Coffee and tea.
