Tomato soup has typically a lot of sugars - if I eat that - I either dump or crave more carbs. You may want to check that.

Good day everyone.
Doing well. Went out for a 3.6 mile brisk walk today. Feel good.
Eating shall be simple:
coffee + raw goat milk (x 2)
protein shake with goat milk (not that much)
roast (beef or pork) + some veggies... (if I have them)
yogurt + proteins + flax + berries
flax muffin
some nuts (maybe)
D: meatloaf + pickles; blackberries + whip cream...

Today was a good low carb day. I had a massive migraine, but figure it is just a symptom of withdrawal from carbs. Nothing a nap and Excedrine Migraine did not take care of. Tomorrow should be easier!! It is good to be back.

You have my full sympathy. I am exactly where you are. I WILL get control of my carb consumption and get the last 50# off.
I can eat healthy carbs now and they put me off losing. I think healthy carbs will be a key for me in maintenance cause they put me in maintenance now if I eat the,
