I want food I want food I want food!!! So this morning I has a vanilla meal replacement shake from bariatric advantage and let me tell you it was the best thing Ive had to eat in years ([NOT)]! 13 more days till surgery. Maybe my body will get used to this in a couple of days.

Its not easy...but you can do this! It is one of the keys to open the door to a more healthy happy and lively you! STAY strong!
