Slim-Fast ( low carb)

 I was at walmart.  Guess what i found.  A new protein sourse.  Slim-Fast   low carb.   It is a meal replacement.  190 calories, 6g carbs, 1 g of sugar, 20 g of Protein.  Isn't that great.
 Just wanted to pass it on.

Hi Annielou, that was one of my options too, bought a carton.  Much prefer the taste of the instant breakfast.  Although I have only tried the chocolate slimfast, the other flavors may be better to my liking.  I use the slimfast when I am going to be away for a meal.  Works great that way.  Hugs, Kathy
