Monday reminder of Bariatric buddy chat session.  I am leading local wls group here this eve and will be MIA.  But the session is still on for those that can attend. 
  Shortcut to the chat area (this chat area is not on the OH site ) is   http://www.bariatricbuddy.com/chat/   Please feel free to stop by the chat area before chat actually starts to register.  Simple form, follow the instructions when you click on the above shortcut.   Use the password "buddy".   Once registered, entering chat again is super easy.    We start at 7pm eastern, 6pm central, 5pm mountain and 4pm pacific. Chat usually lasts about an hour.  Any questions, send a PM to KathyB4me, here at OH.      Remember the password for the first time you enter this chat area is "buddy", you can set up your own password after registering.  Toodles
