Lost 114 lbs. working on getting rid of a recent 10 lb regain...and WILL succeed!

You should feel wonderful about your accomplishment. You are doing fantastic and you have only just begun your journey. I also hit something monumental this morning. Yesterday my mom finally brought my scale so I can weigh at home. I am officially 295 again!!! As an OH buddy of mine reminded me, even though I am 5 years out my tool can still work for me if I let it and this is proof of just that. Again, congrats on your loss and keep up the fantastic work!!!
