Set new Goal

Well I hit not only my goal but the goal set by my doctor, so I decided to set yet another goal.  I have added 10 pounds to loose.  This will just be mainly to keep me in line.  I want to tone now working with weights and more time at the gym.  Thanks for all the support everyone.
