Topic: 1 pound below where i have been for about a month yay
hey guys as most of you know sence i started out here i have been sruggiling just like most of us have at one time i got on the scale today and i am 357 as ihavent been that low in a while i had been running about 358 360 but its proggress its only one pound but it made me happy becouse i havent been below 358 in a while i allso found a new healthy treat celary with pennut butter in the middile kinda like ants on a log without the ants lol

Your strong, committed and losing weight. Don't listen to anyone including that little pain in the ass voice in your head.. 6 Weeks out and down 40 pounds you should be jumping for joy.. Today I was out taking my granddaughter for a bike ride and the neighbor stopped me and said I thought you were trying to loss weight? I was very puzzled and said what do you mean I've lost 140 Lbs. since November. She looked at me and said OH ? Like you couldn't tell that my belly doesn't stick out further than my dick does anymore! Then she says well I've lost 14 Lbs. since Xmas, I said you sure didn't loss it in your ASS and rode away ! ***** !

I love coffee !
I drink decaf, with skim milk and Splenda.
I also love ICED COFFEE. It's expensive going to Dunkin, even with my coupons.
Anyone know of a great iced coffee maker?

Remember kids simply suck! no surgery isnt a cure, you have to work at it. TRUST me I have plenty of those days it will take time then wham it will fall off... I promise have a little patience and faith!

Hey yall .... I seem to find my self apologizing for not being here on a regular basis. Although things are going ok mentally I am just upset.... I am almost 6 weeks out from my surgery and I have lost roughly 40lbs. I am doing everything I am suppose to do, I am exercising, taking my vitamins, drinking my shakes, water, etc ... and last night my son looks at me and says " Mom it doesn't look like you are losing anymore weight" --- I look at myself and I think the same thing because I am still seeing me 40lbs heavier. But it upset me that he said that he couldn't tell. I know the weight isn't going to come off over night and that it will take time and I sure don't wanna lose the weight to quickly but I guess it's just the words that hurt.
Today I am feeling very fat and just feel like crawling up in bed and crying.
