New Show, "Addicted to Food"

Did anyone else catch the new show on OWN? It was very interesting. The therapist bunches compulsive over-eaters with bulimics and anorexics. She says it's the same addiction, just with different manifestations. There is even a lady there who weighed over 300 lbs. who had bypass surgery. I wonder what you all thought of it. I'm hooked. I know I have an addiction to food and I know it's a daily battle, so this show is right up my alley. Like she and many have said before, "It's now what you eat, it's what's eating you"

Yes, it's a new show once a week, but that show is on several times. I missed the 10 p.m. show, and set my DVR for 1 a.m., and my cable guide showed several more show times available.

Check your local listing, and I'm sure you can catch it later this week.

I saw it and thought it was great! Finally a show about real weight issues, not one that just shows people exercising their backsides off for the entire show.
