Seems like a lot of grocery stores use mentally disabled people as baggers. First of all they are the best because they are very careful to follow the rules of what to put in each bag so they aren't too heavy. The teenagers pack it all in one bag which is almost impossible to carry. But often they also have a really cheerful attitude that makes everyone smile. One bagger always asks about Justice when she sees dog food and talks about how much she loves dogs.
