120 even
Reading about Peps' facelift and seeing the results is making me contemplate doing another one. I would consider that and another upper eyelid lift. The filler around my mouth helps, but it is my neck and softening of my jowls that bothers me again. It has been almost 10 years since I had mine. It would depend on the cost and whether I felt like it would fit in. Hard to hide out here in Florida for the 2-4 weeks required for the bruising to subside.
I didn't do much yesterday though I did hang out by the pool next to our building and when it got hot, stood in the pool while I read yesterday. I tried taking Benadryl to see if it would help the reduce the weeping causing the blisters but that made me incredibly sleepy. I am going to have to get a non-drowsy antihistamine instead. Their is no real cure for this other than a low nickel diet and whenever I go over my body's threshold for it I will have the breakout and 3-4 weeks of blisters forming then healing after it. Some doctors think taking vitamin c with each meal will help block it. And others say soaking feet in epsom salts and taking antihistamines can help calm it down. I probably also should put that yucky steroid ointment on it too. But all remedies are after the fact other than the Vitamin C supplementation and there is no really good data on whether any of them actually help.
I did cancel yoga again today due to heel pain. I have decided to go ahead and play in the Nine and Dine golf tournament tomorrow afternoon. I will wear sandals if I have to. The thought of putting golf shoes on terrifies me right now. Today will be another hang around by the pool day, possibly at the beach club.
Not much else to report. Time for a Justice walk (in sandals). Did I tell you that yesterday's walk with him was cut short because my sandals broke and I had to walk home barefoot? If anything can go wrong...
Have a superb Saturday!

Good Morning ! I, too, have been checking in and out and continue to feel grateful for this Tribe. I am hanging out 144-149, inside my current target. Paula, it is funny you mentioned the ice cream dumping ! I had my first fresh ice cream of the season yesterday (1/2 of a one scoop cone) and had the SAME experience. Most of our ice cream shops close for a couple of months from mid December- Valentine's Day for renovations/vacation.
Getting ready to travel to Vancouver for a couple of weeks in April to visit my eldest DD. I haven't travelled since Portugal, so I'm looking forward to it, even though my DD was here a couple of weeks ago.
Sadie turned eleven on Christmas and is beginning to deteriorate more quickly. She has joint issues (mostly rear end) and is on pain pills and muscle/joint supplements. She has a palpable mass on her side the vet believes is "labby fatty". Her back end collapses more often when she is walking and standing eating, and I have to lift her back end into the SUV more often than not, although she manages her front paws. She is quite tentative with the ramp, and much prefers being lifted. At this juncture, putting her through surgery may not be the best choice for her quality of life.
We are an amazing group ! I am grateful for you all!

It is amazing that Sadie is 11 now - so is Justice. They enhance our lives so much while they are with us but theirs pass quickly. Quality of life is definitely the focus at this point.

Nice to see you, Diane! I can't believe Sadie is already 11. How time flies. I got some stairs for Kirby to get in the car and started him on them as a puppy since with Fergus, he struggled at the end and wouldn't use any kind of ramp. https://a.co/d/09pKw4gu These are wide, not steep, and sturdy.
191.4 Yesterday we went out to eat again. And are again today with my friend and her husband. 11 more days of food...
It couldn't be more beautiful today. And it's headed toward the low 70s this week. I guess a couple of days of winter was it!
Liz, barefoot walking with blisters sounds awful! I hope that clears up for you soon.
My rug came yesterday and it looks good. It just needs a new, longer rug pad.
Just some vacuuming and probably some sitting outside on the docket for today. Plus drinks then dinner tonight. We're watching the new season of the Night Agent on Netflix. Good stuff!
Take care all!
Sounds like a nice week coming up for you. Enjoy the warmth!

LIz, those blisters sound horrible. Perhaps a pair of sneakers a half size larger than normal would be good to have on hand for your blister episodes???? And you have my vote for facelift #2... If you are doing it for you, I say go for it.
Diamond D., enjoy your last days in Brazil. I like your rock!
Paula, I guess I'm unclear on your vendor booth. Are you independent, or are you at the whim of the store? It seems to me that if they can discount your merchandise, they should buy it from you wholesale and then do with it as they wish. If you are renting a space within the store to sell your work independently, I don't see how they can discount your merchandise.
Ocean Diane, nice to "see" you. It's sad when a dog's back end begins to go. There is really nothing to be done. Is it spinal degeneration or hip joint degeneration? Either way the prognosis is bleak. But, with good meds and reducing her weight (hard for a Lab), you can slow down progression of the degeneration.
CC, you're on a great trajectory to get to your wedding weight! Congrats!
Me, back up to 201.1 this morning. No great shock. My muscles are still sore and my eating yesterday was out of routine.
I parked the RV at home on Thursday and have been charging up the batteries. Today I will take it back to storage and continue to keep my fingers crossed for a sale soon. I was hopeful on Thursday, but no follow through with any of the inquiries have come yet. Poop!
It's chilly here, with sun on and off. Lots of clouds blowing through this morning. At the moment it is sunny.
Dad visit, gym, and dog grooming on the schedule for today. Not much else.
Super Saturday to all...
Unfortunately sneakers too big would rub and make it worse. Since there aren't any on the bottom of my feet sandals work best. 3-4 of the blisters on each foot are larger than a quarter - not like usual blisters.
Too bad there are no bites on the RV yet. They are all the rage here in Florida and it looks like it is in great shape so hopefully someone will buy it soon.
