If Tina already has an angel...I'm really sorry. I just wanted to post the good news I heard. TINA'S M R IS A LOSER!!!!!!!!!!! She passed her ABG's yesterday and this morning she made it through surgery. She's in recovery so I know how she feels!! Tired, sore, and 'why o why did I do this?' ! LOL We love you Tina! Tina, I'm sorry it didn't happen today, but it went that way for a reason. Just think of it that way. Next week isn't that far away!! Just use those breathing exercises....inhale....and hold...and release. Make those lungs strong!! I'm praying for you...if you need to chat...I'm here!! Shannon C

Some Zen Wisdom for you - Nothing exists but momentarily...One thing flows into another...observe things as they are, let everything go as it goes. This is to put everything under control in its widest sense. --- May God keep you close to his side as you travel your new journey. You will have ups and downs. You can always turn to us, your AMOS family, we will give support, comfort and encouragement. You will find this will be the best thing you could ever have done for yourself as well as your family. Hi Tina!! It'll be here before you know it!! I had Dr. Hall. My surgery was on 3/16. If you have it at Highland...you're in good hands. Just remember...walk, walk, walk. Even if you don't feel like it. It really does help. Stacey is the best, and Debbie Marsh, the Gastric Bypass program manager is awesome. Say Hi to them for me! Good Luck...you're in my prayers! Just remember...each day really does get better than the last. I didn't believe it...but it did.

Hi Tina! Big congratulations on your surgery date! I bet you are so excited! Just hang in there and try to be patient! Don’t worry if you are nervous, scared, excited or go through a thousand of different emotions. This is all normal, so go with the flow! Remember that we’re all family here and we’re here to give you our support, lend an ear and not judge.
