Help please!, asking about calcium form.

Hello, I have a quick question
I bought Jamieson Calcium with magnesium and D3, I want to ask if that's okat to take after gastric sleeve.
I'm 3 months post-op and they told me to take calcium citrate.
The product says: contatins calcium (citrate, carbonate, fumarate, malate, succinate) 
so is it okay to consume that?
as far as I know I should just be taking citrate but it seems that each aplet has all those calcium forms.
I'm confused.
