Newbie to this site and weightloss

Ive never been one to blog my thoughts or feelings, but now things are changing in my life and I feel like im alone on this journey, only cause I dont know to many people who are going though the same thing as myself. Ive done weight watchers many times and learn what points meant about watching my fiber and fats, but now for the first time I really have to be aware of sugars, protiens, fats etc. I feel a little stressed always worried if I should eat this or eat that. If anyone who reads this can give me suggestions on how to continue, im open to anyones input. Thank you.
