Lower back pains....

Okay it's been 11 days since my Rny,  and I just started having some lower back pains.  Sometimes excruciating to where I feel like I may not make it to a chair.  Anyone else ever have this happen or any suggestions?  I have my first check up tomorrow but wanted to see what y'all think.  Thanks for info.
