Lori, I'm wishing you a safe, complication-free surgery and a smooth, quick recovery. I had my open RNY on 12/10/01 and have absolutely No regrets other than not having done it several years sooner. I can say, without a doubt, that it is the best thing I could have done for myself. God bless you as you begin your healthy new life.

Lori, Congratulations on making it over to the losing side! May God bless you in your recovery and journey. Remember to deep breath (cough it up!) drink water and walk.. it really does help. Use the pain medicine when you need it. It helps you to move around and cough better. Gail
