Hi Robin: I am sheryl in NM and I think you should try pealing your vegies such as tomatoes, cucumbers and only eat the white part around the cucumber not the seeds. You need to remember to chew chew chew. dont swallow until you know every drop is chewed very well. I am now 3 1/2 months out and can eat any vegies I want now. Hang in there and you will be able to eat any thing you want in time baring sugar and high fat foods.I have lost 77 lbs since surgery and 5 cloathing sizes and I lost 70 lbs in 5 months before surgery.I am down a total of 9 clothing sizes now since feb. dont be afraid to try things but just be carful for a few more weeks.
